Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Do not return your item to the manufacturer.

Some items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Certain health and personal care items

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Books with clear signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, games, or software

  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

4. Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

  • If declined, we will explain the reason via email.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—processing times vary.

  3. Contact your bank—it may take several days before the refund appears.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are not eligible for refunds.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at [email protected] before sending the item to our return address.

8. Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the return value. Once we receive the returned item, we will email you a gift certificate.

If the gift wasn’t marked or shipped to the gift giver, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.
